Returns and Cancellations


The customer has the right to unjustified withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order and in accordance with law 2251/1994. In this case, send an e-mail to the address that you will inform us about it. The product or products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the product is borne entirely and exclusively by the customer.

Return of Order Products

Ekdochi takes all possible measures so that the products are packed properly and carefully, so that they reach you without damage. Some of our products are fragile and / or sensitive. For this reason, Ekdochi, in consultation with the carriers, sends these products with special marking and appropriate packaging that fully protects them from any damage during transport and / or storage.

However, in case of damage, the following applies:
At the time of receipt by the courier. In rare cases, the item you will receive may have been damaged during transport. If at the time of receipt by the carrier (Courier) you find that there is damage to the package or product, then do not proceed with the receipt. In this case the customer bears only the shipping costs. It is important at the time of receipt of your order from the carrier (courier) to check the products, and especially in case the packaging shows signs of wear, puncture, burglary. If you receive the products without express reservation at the time of receipt, it means that you have received the product unconditionally.
Upon receipt by courier. In Ekdochi we take all the necessary measures -as mentioned above- for safe transport and storage. In case within 20 days from the receipt of your order by the carrier, you find damage to a product or part of it, then send an e-mail to where you inform us about the problem and at the same time tell us which of the following
Suggested actions you prefer:
A. return and replacement.
B. return and issue of a discount coupon equal to the returned product for use in future markets.
The worn product must be returned in its original packaging and with all the supporting documents that initially accompanied it. The return shipping costs from the customer to the Ekdochi are borne exclusively by the customer. Ekdochi will replace or issue a discount coupon (actions A. or B.) ONLY after receiving the worn product. In case of receipt of a different product from that of your order then only the above action A. (return and replacement) is valid.
The observance or not of the above deadlines of 14 and 20 days is certified from the date of receipt of the relevant e-mail from the Ekdochi.
